Brooks Larkin's inspiring journey began as a firefighter, where he developed a strong sense of community and service. His dedication and hard work led him to become Florida's Strongest Man, showcasing his incredible strength and determination. Now, as the owner of The Storm Guys, Brooks combines his passion for helping others with his expertise in storm protection solutions.
What Does an Abundant
Life Truly Looks Like?
A lot of people equate abundance with dollar signs and bank accounts. For Brooks, abundance is so much more than that.
"Abundant life to me is just having everything you could ever ask for," Brooks shares. "You may have problems and little things that can be fixed, but if you’ve got a family that loves you and a business that pays your bills - that’s plenty. And just being in America, that’s abundance in itself."
Brooks knows firsthand that real abundance is about; gratitude, giving, and the freedom to help others when they need it most.

With The Storm Guys, Brooks offers more than your average storm shutters. His company installs hurricane-rated accordion shutters, beautiful Bahama shutters, and even motorized hurricane screens that can handle a Category 5 storm, all with the goal of keeping families safe and their homes and businesses secure.

What’s Next?
Brooks dreams big. He’s expecting national expansion, new markets, and maybe one day growing the company to start something new when the time is right.
And while he’s building his business, he’s still training for his next big milestone: specifically earning his professional strongman card at the national championships this September.
